The Libra application offers a comprehensive platform for assessing individual skills within various competitive environments.

Users can establish leagues to monitor a designated group of players across multiple matches, record match outcomes, and view leaderboards displaying player ratings within each league.

The Libra rating system demonstrates notable adaptability:
<ul>
<li>It accommodates any number of teams.</li>
<li>It supports varying team sizes and compositions.</li>
<li>It allows for differing player counts across matches and flexible team configurations.</li>
</ul>

However, the system exhibits limitations when applied to certain game formats:
<ul>
<li>Games that incorporate draws as a result outcome.</li>
<li>Situations where players may switch teams during a match.</li>
<li>Scenarios where specific teams may possess systematic advantages over others.</li>
</ul>

The underlying rating mechanism employed by Libra is based on TrueSkill, which models player skills as Gaussian distributions. Player ratings are displayed as three numerical values representing the lower bound, mean, and upper bound of the Gaussian distribution, with bounds set at three standard deviations from the mean to communicate confidence intervals.
