Users can establish leagues to monitor a designated group of players across multiple matches, record match outcomes, and view leaderboards displaying player ratings within each league.

The Libra rating system demonstrates notable adaptability:

However, the system exhibits limitations when applied to certain game formats:

• Games that incorporate draws as a result outcome.
• Situations where players may switch teams during a match.

The underlying rating mechanism employed by Libra is based on TrueSkill, which models player skills as Gaussian distributions. Player ratings are displayed as three numerical values representing the lower bound, mean, and upper bound of the Gaussian distribution, with bounds set at three standard deviations from the mean to communicate confidence intervals.
